Conscious Embodiment for Coaches - Fundamentals Workshop

We believe that Conscious Embodiment can enable us to become better, more whole/centred coaches. In this workshop, you will gain insight for yourselves and you begin to explore how you can pass this wisdom onto your clients

As a result of the workshop you will:

• Gain insights into your personal reactive patterns and limiting assumptions through accessing the wisdom of your body
• Find a way to remain calm under pressure, to recover balance and clarity when faced with business/ life dilemmas and when coaching
• Developan increased capacity to live with the paradox and the tension between the opposites
• Be clearer about our life purpose / intention and be able to put it into action.
• Understand how to tap into the body’s natural intelligence both for yourself and with clients. (we will teach two simple somatic centring exercises you can use with clients after the workshop to enable clients to be more centred and confident)

Participants completing this day workshop will be able to advance to a 2 day intermediate workshop where more techniques to use with clients will be taught. All participants will be invited to attend monthly Conscious Embodiment Practice groups that are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month in order to keep what you learnt alive and to practice your new-found skills.
