The HSDP Certification Training Program is an in-depth 10 day course that will allow you to gain a deep understanding of the theory and practices of human systems dynamics. It is an intensive time of learning and growth where you will learn the concepts and tools of HSD, observe how others use the work, reflect on your own work and emerging competencies, and practice applying principles of HSD to challenging organizational issues.

Training sessions are led by Glenda Eoyang, the founder of the field of HSD, and co-taught by Teaching Associates of HSD Institute. Upon completion of the HSDP Certification program, you will earn the designation of Human Systems Dynamics Professional (HSDP), and enter a lifelong community of learning and practice with over 130 Associates world wide.
