I am currently doing research on cultural change through multi-generational dialogue and am finding resources scarce. If you have any stories, information, data, papers, books, or other recommendations, I would love to hear from you. I am wide open right now on how to approach this. Thank you in advance.

Hi John,

Sounds like a great inquiry. Although I don't have much experience or insights to contribute, I would like to highlight our own (MSc) thesis research into a similar direction: Personal leadership capacities for co-learning and co-creation in strategic sustainable development, and ways to develop those capacities through personal practice.

Also, in the master's programme I'm part of, we have just had a 3,5 day Art of Hosting training with 110 (mostly) young people from different networks and programmes throughout northern Europe. That might be an interesting audience for your research as well.

How fortunate that you were all able to do the 3.5 day AoH training. What a valuable addition to your practice. I have yet to participate in a training as all of my funds are funneled into my doctorate right now. One of these days. Your research sounds very aligned with mine and I would certainly like to stay in touch. Thank you so much for reaching out. I will keep you in the loop as I proceed.
