Dear friends,

My DVD on mindfulness, published by Inclusion Press, just became available yesterday. It's entitled: Gentle Heart Fearless Mind: Discovering confidence, compassion and well-being through the practice of mindfulness. There are a total of eight talks on the DVD, exploring the topics of basic goodness, gentleness, fearlessness, and intelligence, along with detailed instructions on mindfulness practice. There's approximately 3 hours of video and a short booklet included. If interested, here's the link: http://www.inclusion.com/dvdgentleheart.html

Thank you.

For photos and reflections, see also blogs by Aftab Erfan, Heather Plett, Brad Johnston, Katharine Weinmann, Qualla Jo Parman, and Susan Szpakowski. (Is there an elegant way to link them here I wonder?)

Thank you Susan! I am practicing to be grounded, connecting with the immediate environment situations and moving according to that connections. Focusing on right timing will be a correct statement too. Thank you again!

Otto Scharmer's powerpoint on "From Egosystem to Ecosystem" can now be downloaded from the Presencing Institute website. How's everyone doing, by the way?
