I am reviewing my notes from this year's summer institute, and I have a question about Cheryl Rose's presentation on Leadership for Resilience. I work for The Ohio State University where my passion is helping staff members feel engaged with their work because they can bring their best selves to promote the strategic goals of the University. I am learning how to apply Art of Hosting practices to help people uncover their best selves and reorganize themselves so they each get to do what they do best every day.
I am excited and looking forward to meeting folks through ALIA!
