Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
I am passionate about coaching and facilitating leaders and teams to tap dormant creativity which can help produce deep insights, decisions and actions. I am drawn to ALIA to be with a community of practice and deepen my work and the collective.
I am a seasoned business strategist and facilitator with corporate clients over the last 20 years. My day job is vice president at Crawford Communications Group to lead strategy and leadership consulting assignments and new business in Silicon Valley.
My approach to facilitation and coaching is a synthesis of many disciplines, including systems theory, scenario planning, complexity theory, accelerated learning, integral coaching and deep renewal.
My private practice include high performance leaders & individuals who want to take some part of their life or business to the next level. I act as their guide to support and plan these actions.
I previously served in leadership roles with early round start ups and with an edgy think tank in Palo Alto, California. I love start ups and have help launch 20 of them. Pure chaos! I have been involved in executive education and have taught at Stanford and UC Berkeley.
I live in Palo Alto with my husband and two daughters. As a spiritual practice I drive the carpool and in my spare time I practice yoga, garden and row.
My Specialties:
Acceleration Coaching, Leadership Consulting, Business Strategy, Growth Strategies, Strategic Planning, High Stakes Meetings, Large Scale Facilitation, Unconferences, Open Space Facilitation, Executive Education, Executive Coaching, Mid Career Transitions & Renewal
