Hi Benny -- 'facilitator simplifying complexity' ....if complexity is increasing, and if simplicity is a possible outcome -- how does "the simplicity in complexity is increasing wholeness" grab you? -- the suffix 'ness' infers a softening of the hurt involved in such facilitations.
