- Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
- I was introduced to ALIA through my friend and colleague Jerry Nagel, and through Margaret Wheatley's work, particularly Leadership and the New Science. At the Blandin Foundation in Grand Rapids, MN, our state's largest rural-based and rural-focused philanthropy, I work on a variety of community strengthening initiatives. I am interested in exploring the kinds of practices and approaches ALIA offers to improve the effectiveness of our work in community and systems change.
