I have a passion for people development. I work with young professionals who are keen to re-ignite their passion in order to achieve their personal & business goals.

I love to network and learn from what other people are doing and how we can add value to each others work. The only way out of the challenges facing humanity is through co-operation.

Hello Bikundo
I read your posts while also reading Wali's blogs and noted your interest in coaching. I operate a consultancy in Australia and New Zealand providing management consulting, management coaching and professional development. I work with management teams and individual managers in the health, aged care and not for profit sectors. I have been doing this since 2002.

Over the years I have discovered most people need some form of help and guidance, call it coaching if you like, some more than others, yet each person needs to arrive at a point where they want to seek help, in their own time.

I invite you to keep in touch, feel free to share ideas, ask questions as I am happy to share my experiences, likewise I am keen to learn from the experiences of others. Look forward to hearing from you at some stage.

Believe In Our Youth is doing very well thanks. We just had a major training for youth workers in Winnipeg, Manitoba. I am now concentrating on our brother training company Aboriginal Entrepreneur especially in the area of Economic Development. I am holding training sessions all across Canada. You can see what I am up to at http://www.abentre.ca. I am encouraged as i can see the success of the program. It would be great if you could do something similar where you are.......Rolf

Bikundo, check out my lastest blog :)

I trust that you will enjoy your new insights and learning this summer in Halifax with invited guest speakers and facilitators. I invite you to be open to learning an emerging field of the science of complexity, i.e., Human Systems Dynamics (HDS) and the Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS) in organic systems, i.e., organizational settings. The scholarship of Daniel Goleman and his research team in community life of humans describes it precisely as having the "science of results", to be adaptive in chaotic environments, no matter what. I am thanking you in advance for listening and being opened for giving yourself permission for new learning and new ways of being. I wish you the best ever learning at ALIA this summer. If you choose, please give my warmest regards to Glenda.

Now let's have beautiful exchanges/conversations and see our beautiful differences and notice our how beautifully we as individuals can place them in containers to make the difference that is the difference as we pursue three questions: What, so what, and now what? in multiple stories and realities. Subsequently, we would have the capacity to influence the difference that makes the difference and repeat the process, as it relates to organizational settings in chaotic environments, peace and conflict projects, substance abuse programs, programs with effective treatment for veterans suffering with symptoms of PTSD, marriages, youth at risk programs, leadership development programs, restoring lack of trust efforts, leading transformation projects, organizational culture change projects, integrating spirituality and leadership in organization development programs, transitional moments and non-verbal communication projects and/or case studies, and developing coherence in social intelligence in organizations projects and/or case studies. We look forward to the engagement and learning.

Warm regards,
Wali

Bikundo, I thank you for your comment and invitation. I would like to share a action oriented mindset (energy, spirit, motivations, meanings, thoughts and committed actions) and a possible great marketing opportunity for your coaching business. I am inviting you for a few minutes to create a new set of eyes (lenses) and throw ago your current eyes temporarily, trust me it is safe. Also, I want to invite you to new and future possibilities today. How? First, give yourself permission to learn. Secondly, trusting yourself with a knowing that you are adequate, enough, intelligent and nothing is missing. Thirdly, give yourself permission to be and becoming courageous, a visionary, change leader, values-driven, life-long learner, comfortable dealing with complexity, and believing in people. Currently, Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, in Washington, DC is the premiere Leadership Coaching Program in the world with a cost of $11,250. Newfield Network Coach Training Program is the leading international coach training school in the world with a cost of $10,945. Human Systems Dynamics Institute's--HSD Professional Certification is the only institute in the world that offers certification in HSD with a cost of $5,000, and the Georgetown University (GU) Transformational Leadership Certificate Program facilitated by Carol Pearson, Ph.D., author, international scholar, and director at the James MacGregor Burns Academy of Leadership and professor of Leadership Studies in the School of Public Policy at the University of Maryland at College Park Campus was offered at $7,000 in 2002. Unfortunately, GU’s Transformational Leadership Certificate Program is no longer available. What if all of these unparallel learning programs could be integrated into one inter-active intensive certificate program offering and made available in Kenya with a huge discount is it possible that you could recruit 20-30 participants? The proposed unprecedented Leadership Coaching and Organizational Learning (LCOL) Certificate Program would be certified by the Transformational Development Group, LLC, USA, (TD Group) and facilitated in English. TD Group is a leading Organization Development (OD) firm internationally acknowledged in facilitating best practices in organizational learning, authentic leadership development through archetypes, and leading transformation with teams and organizations, and designing & facilitating custom-tailored and culturally-based learning programs with proven methodologies, action strategies with the science of results. The experiential learning workshops (18) will be facilitated over 9 weeks with learning workshops running 2 consecutive days per week. Actual learning hours are 108 for the LCOL Certificate Program. We understand the financial challenges throughout the world today that is why we challenged ourselves in having the capacity to offer a huge discount. The LCOL Certificate Program in Kenya tuition is $4250. Is it possible for us to begin collaborative iniatives in Kenya with focused mindedness? I am willing to stand with you, if your agenda is willingfully standing for Bikundo in his being and becoming his new story. By the way, you may put back on your old lenses or keep the new lenses that you are currently seeing different views, if what you see are new possibilities for Bikundo, healthier choices, smart partnerships, self-empowerment and empowering others, enlightenment, and having "what wants to happen"...now is your time to choose, and that is what values-based leaders do they make difficult and racial choices for the good of the soul of the community.

Continue to be and have your great adventures!
Wali
