- Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
- I am an executive coach & a leadership development specialist with experience going back to 1996. Prior to that I held managerial positions in a range of business organisations in France and in the U.S. I have successfully fulfilled coaching & leadership assignments for many multi-national and local business organisations based in Europe. I work both in French and in English. I love to dedicate time to increasing my understanding and awareness of human issues and to continually find ways to make my work even more relevant to today's environment. I love meeting and reflecting with people coming from various background and countries to find how we can enrich each other through our differences.
