Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: CITTA's expertise is Coaching, Leadership training and Organizational Consulting.

First as an experienced executive I facilitate and support various level managers with fostering or supporting change in themselves and within their organizations. The focus is on co-developing with the client the approach most relevant to sustainable change within the context.

Secondly, CITTA offers leadership development through a coaching or mentoring relationship as well as leadership training and workshops.

CITTA also places emphasis on quality of life. I therefore work extensively with parents and families in an innovative systemic approach to balancing career and family responsibilities.

Coaching, mentoring and languaging tools are used to further managers' development, further personal goals or assist during a period of transition.
