- Based on 20 years of field studies with leaders, I have unique expertise in how personal responsibility works in the mind -- how we avoid and take responsibility for our lives. This is the only how-to model I know of for learning, teaching, and inspiring personal responsibility which has been called the first principle of success, and central to leadership. I mentor enlightened leaders to master their Responsibility Process through a program called The Leadership Gift.
