- Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
- I have worked in organisations and as a consultant for over 20 years, specialising in transformation, organisation development and leadership coaching. I am a practising Buddhist, and I believe these two aspects of my life are linked, and not by coincidence, although they evolved at different times.
I believe the world and my country (Wales, UK) needs better leadership at every level in order to make better sense of the mess we are in and to leave our children a better legacy than the one we inherited. The leadership I am talking about is based on deeply held values and timeless qualities such as courage, shared wisdom, humility and willingness to give and receive openly in collaboration.
This community appears to offer significant value in learning with others of similar mindsets, and I am grateful have stumbled upon it.
