Hi Emil,
I read your "Notes from the Field ..." regarding the Integral Leadership course last August. I understood you being frustrated by the energy being dispersed because of group disintegration. I have experiences like this my self from Wilber discussion groups, psychology trainings etc. I try to understand what is happening and my present conclusion is that philosophically inclined persons are mainly interested to find an explanation to their pain and how the world seems to function. They are smart and might be willing to enhance their own situation, but are generally not so interested in giving their own gift back to the world. Boomeritis, kind of. And different lines for different individuals?
Could it be that we should be greatful for what the phiosophical friends help us see, and then turn to other contexts to get the real manifestation going?
Any comments well come,
Jackie
