Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
Since I heard about the alia conference in 2010 I have been working with the Theory U and my personal connection wtih it. I'm currently owner of a small Consultancy and coaching company named Expressief, which I own together with my mother. What drives me is to meet people, to have conversations that matter and to contribute to leadership. I'm a connector, both in social and conceptual. Working with others, I'm learning so much about my self. In my work I try to be able to assist leaders in taking leadership, in being authentic. And my own search in authenticity, my own leadership, is always coming along with that. That's what draws me to ALIA

Welcome, Femmeke. It sounds like you are on a journey of discovery. You may want to connect with others who are on a similar journey in the Europe group on this site.
