Love the learning environment and interactions around ALIA. Grateful for a program that doesn't promote 'experts' vs 'participants'. Gotta love Nova Scotia! (I grew up there!)

Hi Garry,

I want to share one of my master teachers Daniel Goleman an international scholar and acknowledged for research based leadership for results based on my perception of your interest. Here is the presentation that Daniel gave at Goggle on social intelligence. Please see the link below (YouTude - Authors@Goggle:
Daniel Goleman, 56 minutes). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hoo_dIOP8k

Also, there is an article which was published in the Harvard Business Review, September 2008, page 74, "Social Intelligence and the Biology of Leadership." www.hbr.org.

I invite you to join my page as a friend on ALiA and I would like to do the same. I look forward to learning and exchanging ideas, thoughts, feedback and comments.

With gratitude,
Wali
