My goal is to develop as many authentic leaders as possible. I have a dream which is "authentic leadership for all". This is how I found ALIA, trying to project into my future. Currently, I am involved in as many development courses as life wants me to, while complying with my academic duties (writing papers, presenting in conferences, etc.) Personally, I try to go as deep within myself as my journey allows me to. My children and people like ALIA members are a great teachers and companions on this journey.
