Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: I went to Shambhala summer institute twice. Met Otto Scharmer. Worked a lot in change facilitation. Got a Ph.D. on creative and management practices and innovation the Cirque du Soleil. Teach participative action research, organizational change, corporate social responsibility, collective practices, etc. Do research on all of the above. Would like to keep in touch, share and learn.
