... and many others... a great way to move through the energies of our deep learnings and celebrate a day of warmth generated by the sunshine but mostly by the community that has now fully emerged.

As I sat outside during an afternoon break, observing patterns - of clouds,leaves and people, I felt the fullness of what we created, and too, a wistfulness that so soon - tomorrow - we officially close the event, and make our way back to our respective homespaces.

An appreciative audience, we silently encountered Michael Jone's exquisite piano compositions, took them in, and then engaged with each other in thoughtful and heartfelt conversations on the place evoked in each of us.

Sea and sands, mountain vistas, city soundscapes, Mexican bells, remembered home spaces, the transformative potential of the culturally foreign and diverse to bring out the best in oneself.

Day 2 and we awaken to the brilliant sun shining on Bedford Basin...a way to illuminate the leader's "blind spot"? (Otto Scharmer) and assist in our collective "willingness to see clearly" (Michael Chender)? Wonderful to have seen that nearly, if not half of our community is new to the event bringing an energy of wonder, curiousity, and tentative anticipation that mirrored and amplified my own.
