I enjoyed the Mennorode conference in Holland - marvellous!
I'm an engineer and work with the construction sector - a complex social system. I work with FLOW, Theory U and open space. After Mennorode I have got the idea of making a "Change lab" (Adam Kahane) in the construction sector in Denmark. Thrilling! Any help is welcome!
