- Passionate about awakening others to their own leadership capabilities, I am acutely aware that to do this congruently, I want to continue my own ongoing development as a leader, coach, facilitator - extending myself always beyond the edges of what I currently see and know. Everything I know about ALIA and those within it, suggests to me that this is the leadership learning community for me - one that plays across inner and outer realms; integrating material, intellectual and spiritual; embracing systemic realities; working with chaos, confusion and complexity in creative, collaborative and awe inspiring ways. I want to share and grow in the midst of all this!

- Louie, it was fabulous to get to know you. Looking forward to staying in touch and REALLY hoping that you can join us for the HSDP certification in London. Is it okay for me to give your contact info to Julia Herzing? She will be in touch with you to follow up. The re-entry has just begun. I went to DC for a week to work with clients and just got home yesterday. Am still trying to settle in. Take care. G
