Hi Ken,
Looking forward to gathering in real time and being in the fertile ground for all these conversations.
FYI - I am about to send you an email about meditation cushions... see you in that digital realm.

Hi Nicola,

Thanks for the kind greeting. I, too, look forward to meeting you to discuss how underutilized the richness of connection in communication is missing from our digital worlds. As an individual, I wish to learn how I can better respond intelligently rather than reacting reflexively. As a professional, I wish to learn how I can better guide people in enriching their digital worlds as a efficient medium complementary to our human world.

Cheers!

Ken

Hi Wali and Robbin, I teach hatha yoga (500 hr certification) and have only just learnt of Wendy Palmer's work on somatic intelligence. I plan to attend Wendy's module at ALIA West and investigate how yogic practices might be a medium for working on a more intentional level with somatic intelligence and authentic presence. My practice is at the infant stage, Nicola

Hi Nicola, I was reading about you work and was curious to know if you are in a knowning and practice around somatic language. I am a change practitioner and currently we (organization development professionals) are having conversations on somatic language. I look forward to your confirmation (or not). Thank you.

Cheers,
Wali

Hi Nicola,

Thanks for the comment - I look forward to talking to you more about somatic intelligence. In the meantime do you have any books to recommend on this topic? I am preparing a workshop for nursing instructors dealing with students dealing with critical incident stress - I would love to have more info on somatic intelligence and info on how the state of mind and calmness of the responder/counsellor can affect the person in crisis . . . . .. . so if you have resources you would recommend that would be wonderful.

Cheers, Robin
