Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: I am a Primary Health Facilitator working with team development. I am enrolled also as a full time student in a Master of Arts Program in Conflict Analysis and Management. I am drawn to the program to delve deeper into a systems approach to leadership, create a deeper meaning of facilitative leadership, and explore my personal leadership jouney.
