- Penny is Director of Business for Life a professional services company specializing in executive development and organizational effectiveness. She partners with clients to help them build leadership capability, shape their futures and enhance business performance.
She is an experienced consultant, executive coach, thinking partner and facilitator with a solid reputation for helping clients discover more productive ways to achieve lasting results. She has 28 years of organisational life as a business owner, executive and consultant. Her experience spans a range of clients in New Zealand, Australia and Asia, including banking and finance, insurance, manufacturing, primary sector, education, government, construction, transport, pharmaceutical and retail.
Penny's work starts with a thorough understanding of the client's business challenges and a focus on the strategic business needs of the organisation. Her consulting and coaching practice emphasises use of proven processes and techniques and draws on whole systems, behavioural and results-focussed approaches.
