"What do you do when you don't know what to do?" is a question a mentor asked me more than 15 years ago.
I still believe that engaging the unknown is a key aspect of leadership. My interests are in creativity, movement/somatics/embodiment, individual and organizational learning, cross-cultural and international collaboration. I bring over a decade of entrepreneurship, 20 years of international living and working, several languages and a portfolio of training, coaching, consulting and facilitation skills to the group. Formally, I am Executive Director of Kultur & Management. Inc., hold degrees in Chinese / History, as well as European Marketing Management. I am working toward certification as a Laban Movement Analyst.

I do not believe you will need PHD research although it is always an option.
Below is my bio. I have offered these practices in the US and Europe for coaches and organizations. As I said on the thread I have an article and am working on a new book about this area. Let me know if you would like the article. It is 3 pages so I will probably have to email it to you separately.. I don't know how all this works. This is the first time I have communicated this way.
