Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
I am italian, leaving in France with my husband and two daughters. I am consultant on diversity and inclusion strategy and management. I am engaged also in a transition town project for my town, Fontainebleau, in which I carry on the food part (diffusing organic low CO impact for food in the community, create interest and do action for the transition). I have attended the "Women coming into their own" seminar in ALIA this year and I have discovered and experienced the beauty of the exchanges and of conversation in ALIA community...I want to stay connected and contribute in this...

Welcome Silvia!

Perhaps you can write something about your experience of the women's workshop for this community. Many people are wondering what's going on here at Mennorode and those of us still here don't seem to have the time to write!
