Welcome Them!

Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.: A litlle about myself - I'm most often a happy, easy going person well entrentched in samsara. I enjoy people, change and adventures. Much of my time is devoted to family and to work and in between I try to squeeze some time for myself . I am attempting to practise mediation and integrate mindfulness into what I'm doing.
For work -I lead teams who deliver therapy and community services in the Hunter and Central Coast for children and adults with disabilities and their family , with goal of enhancing well being and participation .
What draws me to ALIA community is the opportunity to connect and learn, share and practise new ways of looking and doing things as we engage in life matters.
