Please share something about yourself, your work, and what draws you to the ALIA community.
I am researching (through PhD) and pioneering a 'field' perspective in leadership and leadership development in my work with corporate and business clients. This concept originates in the ideas of Kurt Lewin. My research particularly investigates the 'imaginal field', an intrinsic element of life, calling for reflective practice-in-action.
This leads to a further interest in indigenous wisdom and non-western traditions in leadership that have become hidden by Western-centric & US-centric theories and methodologies.
The ALIA community appears to be a place where there is generative thinking and discussion on leadership, where new ideas are encouraged and grow. That's what I am looking for, to engage with a community where I can learn, explore, discuss, get feedback and be challenged on my thinking, writing and in pioneering this work in leadership practice.
