It is great to hear from you. It is interesting that you seem to be doing what we may need down the road. We are just at the beginning - my particular focus for our new program is, essentially, testing the waters for the Calgary market. As you can imagine, getting a new program started is a huge challenge - so many committees! I am particularly interested in the 'metrics'.
