- Hello everyone, I am very much looking forward to returning to ALIA this summer. Currently on educational leave to do a MSc in positive org devt at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. I have been submerged in being, reading, writing, thinking and doing around issues of leadership and human diversity, in particular on how to move beyond multiculturalism (tolerating, accomodating) to a new "ism" that implies an ability to appreciate and leverage human diversity and dare I say....celebrate! Looking forward to celebrating with you all and to an amazing learning experience with Adam and Wendy in their module on power and love.
