Nice to hear from you. Thank you for the invitation to teach aikido in Halifax in June. I will not be able to leave the Mount and teach an out side class- I want to spend my time connecting with people at the program and as I am co leading with Adam Kahane we will be meeting about our module.
I will be offering some 1/2 hour morning classes in the parking lot as I did last year. I hope to see you there.
