Hello Bart I feel some of the cynicism that you speak of - there is a part of me that wonders if the way we have 'constructed' politics is such that it is so deeply embedded in a way of thinking & acting that is nt working - so I have…

Hi Anne, Great to connect. I see Chris was very engaged by the Europe event and we are exploring some possibilities arising from that with a possible Burren dimension. Will keep you informed.

Ann, check out my lastest blog :)

I trust that you will enjoy your new insights and learning this summer in Halifax with invited guest speakers and facilitators. I invite you to be open to learning an emerging field of the science of complexity, i.e., Human Systems Dynamics (HDS) and the Complex Adaptive Systems (CAS) in organic systems, i.e., organizational settings. The scholarship of Daniel Goleman and his research team in community life of humans describes it precisely as having the "science of results", to be adaptive in chaotic environments, no matter what. I am thanking you in advance for listening and being opened for giving yourself permission for new learning and new ways of being. I wish you the best ever learning at ALIA this summer. If you choose, please give my warmest regards to Glenda.

Now let's have beautiful exchanges/conversations and see our beautiful differences and notice our how beautifully we as individuals can place them in containers to make the difference that is the difference as we pursue three questions: What, so what, and now what? in multiple stories and realities. Subsequently, we would have the capacity to influence the difference that makes the difference and repeat the process, as it relates to organizational settings in chaotic environments, peace and conflict projects, substance abuse programs, programs with effective treatment for veterans suffering with symptoms of PTSD, marriages, youth at risk programs, leadership development programs, restoring lack of trust efforts, leading transformation projects, organizational culture change projects, integrating spirituality and leadership in organization development programs, transitional moments and non-verbal communication projects and/or case studies, and developing coherence in social intelligence in organizations projects and/or case studies. We look forward to the engagement and learning.

Warm regards,
Wali

Dear Ann,

it is hard to think in complexity indeed. For knowing how it 'woks' really takes some time. I am working on it for some 40 years, all in all.
Sometimes driving me mad, abou the unpredictability involved. But some day, I discovered it is not about predictability at all. It is about understanding of what happens.
Then miracles may happen. Last week I got fouer EUREKA-moments, more than ever before.
How can?
That's worth to know about complexity: it is dynamic and generative, and effective as well, even without predictability. Is this sounding miraculously to you?

Maybe we can discuss further, if you like.

Regards, from

Ton
