A letter to a friend - post ALIA Europe

My latest blog post is at http://practicalmysticmusings.wordpress.com and it's relates to a conversation I had with a friend a couple of days after arriving back from ALIA Europe. I spoke to a friend who had just been on an intense EST type retreat the week I was at ALIA and he was so fired up that he decided to re-arrange all his committments this week and go to the next stage of the programme. There was much in our conversation I felt unhappy about and sad - because he seemed to be giving much of his power away. In my latest blog post, I write him a letter which contrasts our experiences at two very different programmes.
