For those of you interested in the work of Glenda Eoyang at Human Systems Dynamics Institute, you might want to have a look at the current issue of her newsletter, Attractors, found here. The Archives are also worth a read (I especially appreciated the April issue on Racism.) For those of you new to her work, HSD uses "a collection of concepts and tools that help make sense of the patterns that emerge from chaos when people work and play together in groups, families, organizations, and communities."
