Michael Jones plays on the power of place

An appreciative audience, we silently encountered Michael Jone's exquisite piano compositions, took them in, and then engaged with each other in thoughtful and heartfelt conversations on the place evoked in each of us.

Sea and sands, mountain vistas, city soundscapes, Mexican bells, remembered home spaces, the transformative potential of the culturally foreign and diverse to bring out the best in oneself.

Humming my self home....pleased to have met an old friend from years gone by...another recollection of the power of this place, a home space.

Wonderful, Katherine. We wrapped up the Art of Hosting gathering yesterday, and we have unleashed quite the wave in Edmonton. I look forward to the reverberations! Looking forward to coffee next week to see how your week went!
