My dream: "Change Lab" in the construction sector

I really enjoyed the Change lab in Mennorode!

So now I will work on creating a Change Lab in the construction sector in Denmark. I have already worked with the sector a bit - and no doubt it is a complex social system!

My idea is to invite participants from a specific construction project to a Change Lab, when the project is over. Then they will have data and experiences from a common project - I think that will make it easier for them to talk about it and to see the whole system and as output I would like everybody to formulate an experiment they will bring to their next project.

Why the construction sector? because I'm an engineer and because I can imagine how work could be so much more fun - learning and experimenting - and the buildings so much more exciting and challenging.

My challenge right now as I se it is to find good people in the sector to cooperate with and to do small prototypes of the Change Lab to train myself and to find my own language to make it understandable in the sector.

I hope you have some comments, ideas or coaching questions for me!

Anybody else here working in the construction area? or working with the Change lab?

Thank you Beth! Change Lab is the process Adam Kahane led us through in Mennorode in his workshop - and I so much enjoyed it - and now I do understand how to use the Theory U-stuff, I for a long time have had fascination about! - and thank you for reminding me to get on this forum ;-)
