I so much enjoyed being there with all of you! And for the first time I didn't get frustrated in the meditations!

And then I got "another fucking learning opportunity" in the calligraphy-workshop - so I didn't miss the frustration ;-)

In the Change Lab by Adam Kahane I also learned a lot - wauw It was very interesting to try out the process ourselves. In one of our working groups we had a confict, actually yelling at each other and then I saw my pattern of being aggressiv and then drawing back especially when my mental model is under pressure - good learning! That's about shifting from love to power.

When I returned to Copenhagen and had to answer all the mails from the week I met that pattern again: Both the 2 main projects I'm working on right now had some difficulties and "yelling mails" were sent. I first answered very nice and calm (drawing back) but then realized the pattern and really tried to "center and remember my intention" - and it worked!! First in the mail conversation and second in our meeting. YES!!

Lise -- i too have worked with adam kahane - i sense i sense what you are saying about 'anger' - though perhaps it is oher things...words eh! ...i am very unclear at the connection between your 'mental model' being 'under pressure', 'drawing back' from 'agression and then 'shifting from love to power'. i look forward to learning what you mean.
