Sunshine in Halifax

Day 2 and we awaken to the brilliant sun shining on Bedford Basin...a way to illuminate the leader's "blind spot"? (Otto Scharmer) and assist in our collective "willingness to see clearly" (Michael Chender)? Wonderful to have seen that nearly, if not half of our community is new to the event bringing an energy of wonder, curiousity, and tentative anticipation that mirrored and amplified my own. The possibilities for "what if" abound. I had the great pleasure of dining and "desserting" last night with the most amazing group of women pastors - such presence, vitality, irreverence and joy - and look forward today to more..
